If the item/s you ordered seem or look faulty or damaged let the friendly team know via email or contact form and the team will assess and give instructions for a refund or to send a new item as soon as possible.
Once purchasing an item from the store a tracking number or code will be sent via TXT or email for you to track our item/s. If you have not received your tracking number or code please email or contact the team so we can arrange the tracking number sent to you as soon as possible.
Please be advised to check for warranty on particular items/s in the store will be mentioned in the products warranty tab. Not all item/s will have a warranty.
